STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE 1: Europa più competitiva e intelligente
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 3: Rafforzare la crescita e la competitività delle PMI
FINANCIAL SUPPORT: 30.480,00 €

GOAL: The program supports the participation of regional SMEs in fairs, in order to
broaden their access to foreign markets.

PROJECT TITLE: Fostering IoT-Enabled Radio6ense Ecosystem
ACRONYM: FIERE
GOAL: Consolidate relations with already known partners and suppliers. Activate new relations with agents and resellers for the product launch.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

For the internationalization project “FIERE”, Radio6ense has selected two international fairs to participate in, both of which will take place outside
the national territory in the second half of 2024.
The first, “Wireless IoT Tomorrow” (https://wiot-tomorrow.com/), will be held in Wiesbaden (Germany) on October 23-24, 2024.
The second, “RFID-TA” (https://2024.ieee-rfid-ta.org/), will be held in Daytona Beach (Florida, United States) on December 18-20, 2024.
The choice of these two fairs is in line with the internalization goals that Radio6ense has planned for 2024:

  • increase the portfolio of international clients for which Radio6ense can work as a technology
    developer and system integrator, and
  • create the foundations for the market launch of new Radio6ense branded products

Indeed, Radio6ense’s short- and medium-term corporate growth strategy foresees an evolution from its current framework, which predominantly sees Radio6ense as a service provider (e.g., engineering consultancy and research & development on behalf of third parties), towards a hybrid business model (services + products), that will also include the supply of Radio6ense-branded products.

By participating in these fairs, Radio6ense intends to show:

  • its Tag Testing System (TTS) product (https://radio6ense.com/tts/),
  • new products under development,
  • mockups and functional demonstrators of applications,
  • showcase of industrial applications.

Wireless IoT Tomorrow

RADIO6ENSE participated in the Wireless IoT Tomorrow 2024 event in Wiesbaden, Germany, on October 23-24, thanks to Lazio Innova and the European Union, which co-financed our participation and supported our journey toward international growth.

On October 23rd, from 15:00 to 15:30, we led a SpeedLab session titled: “Pharmaceuticals and Human Health Monitoring with Zero-Power Wireless Sensors“.

During this session, we showcased prototypes of our innovative wireless platforms designed for Industry 5.0 applications across sectors such as Automotive, Food, Healthcare, and Industry.

The live demos focused on:

  • In-package humidity monitoring for pharmaceutical products
  • Real-time health assessment through human respiration monitoring

With over 10 years of experience, we continue to push the boundaries of RAIN RFID, transforming everyday objects into intelligent, wireless devices equipped with sensing and communication capabilities.

RFID-TA

RADIO6ENSE participated in the IEEE RFID-TA 2024 event, which took place in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA, on December 18–20, thanks to the support of Lazio Innova and the European Union, which co-financed our participation and supported our journey towards international growth.

During the three-day exhibition, we showcased prototypes of our cutting-edge wireless platforms designed for Industry 5.0 applications across sectors including Automotive, Food, Healthcare, and Industrial Manufacturing.

During the event, we also delivered a talk titled “RFID-equipped Stability Chamber for In-Vial Wireless Monitoring of Pharmaceuticals” where we highlighted our optimized system for achieving maximum reading coverage within metal stability chambers, specifically tailored for wireless pharmaceutical monitoring.

Our solution enabled precise, non-invasive monitoring of temperature and relative humidity directly inside sealed pharmaceutical containers, providing essential data for Accelerated Predictive Stability (APS) studies.
A live demo of our compact shelf-like evaluation kit for real-time monitoring inside pharma packages was running at our booth.
